Manus Plere, translated from vulgar Latin as “full hand” or “handful,” refers to a small sheaf of wheat that, when reaped, could fit in one hand, called “manoppio,” which later inspired the name Manoppello. Manus Plere is made exclusively from the grapes of our vineyards, in purity, cultivated using organic farming methods at the foot of the Majella massif and its natural park. The high quality of the grapes used, the processing technique, which includes the use of cold, and the equipment and containers, all made of 18/10 stainless steel, give these wines their unmistakable aromas, deeply tied to their territorial origins.
